2/26/2008 - Fisherman by Casey Ashley.
As many of you know Casey Ashley was a rookie last year on the Elite Series and had a win on Smith Mountain Lake. He was a favorite to win the Classic because he grew up fishing Lake Hartwell. Casey is a great vocalist and recorded a song called Fisherman which captures the life of a touring tournament angler. Check it out here.

2/8/2008 - It's a 10 pounder!
Brandon Pair was born this morning at 10lbs 3ozs. Mother and child are doing fine. David said he was born with a flippin stick in his hand.

2/5/2008 - February Pictures.

2/3/2008 - February Tournament.
Saturday was tough for most of us but like they say, "somebody is going to catch um" and this tournament that somebody was team Noakes - Pair weighing in a massive 19.89 pound sack with a 5.41 pounder to take big fish. Only one other team weighed in a five fish limt putting team Greene - Smith in second place with 14.19 lbs. For everyone else it seemed only two fish per boat were willing to go for a ride back to the ramp, the heaviest of those two pound sacks weighing 6.10 lbs putting team Cochran - Kent in 3rd place. Fishing is a learning experience and if nothing else we learned two things this tournament, 1. You don't have to fish deep when the water is cold and 2. you really can catch fish on a cold muddy lake!

We would like to welcome our newest team, Dunn - Jones, to the Eufaula HeadHunters and thank everyone for braving the weather to come out and fish.
